Our mission is to contribute to the growth of individuals and our community. HPR does this by providing quality, safe, healthy leisure activities and facilities for residents and visitors, and being good stewards of our natural resources. The Hannibal Parks & Recreation Department removed 10 hazardous trees in Riverview Park during the month of November 2011. A portion of the funding for this project was made available through the MIssouri Department of Conservation's Tree Resource Program.
