Hannibal Ramp Park opened June 4, 2005. It is located in Huckleberry Park, off highway 61 south. It is a multi-use park. Bikes, boards and blades are welcome. The facility is 8800 sq. ft.. It features below grade concrete bowls with 6 ft. drop ins, banks, spines, rollers, a hubba ledge, grind block, extensions and a hand rail. Knee and elbow pads are encouraged. Helmets are required! The facility is staffed. You may rent helmets, knee/elbow pads and skateboards for Ramp Park use. Basketballs, tennis balls and racquets are available for rent and use nearby. Disc golf scorecards and maps are available for free. Innova discs are sold here for only $8. HPR also sells Pepsi products and candy at Hannibal Ramp Park. Picnic tables, bleachers, shade and restrooms are nearby. Spectators are welcome! Admission prices, hours and rules are below. Waiver and release of liability signature is required before entering! If you are under 18 years of age, a legal guardian MUST sign the waiver in the presence of Ramp Park staff, or it can be officially notarized. NO exceptions! Click here for the waiver. HANNIBAL RAMP PARK RULES (MANDATED BY INSURANCE COMPANY & HPR) 1. YOU MUST PRESENT A VALID RAMP PARK I.D. IN ORDER TO ENTER.
2. IF YOU HAVE NO MEMBERSHIP, YOU MUST PAY THE DAILY FEE.
3. ALL USERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A SIGNED WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY ON FILE IN THE RAMP PARK OFFICE.
4. USERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A LEGAL GUARDIAN (MOM OR DAD) FILL OUT AND SIGN THE WAIVER IN PERSON, OR HAVE IT NOTARIZED.
5. ALL USERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A HELMET! HPR STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THE USE OF ELBOW AND KNEE PADS.
6. NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE PARK. USE VIEWING AREAS.
7. NO SMOKING, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR DRUGS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON PARK PROPERTY.
8. NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED INSIDE OF THE FENCED AREA OF THE PARK.
9. NO PROFANITY OR RECKLESS BEHAVIOR WILL BE TOLERATED.
10. ANY VANDALISM, GRAFITTI, MODIFICATIONS TO THE PARK OR ANY INTENTIONAL ACT RESULTING IN THE DEFACING OF THE FACILITY OR PARK GROUNDS WILL RESULT IN THE PARK BEING CLOSED A MINIMUM OF 1 DAY OR UNTIL REPAIRS ARE MADE.
11. IF YOU ARE FOUND USING THE RAMP PARK AFTER HOURS, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE TERMINATED. * FAILURE TO ABIDE THE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM THE PARK FOR THE DAY AND/OR SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP*
