The Pavilion and Trail Head buildings are located at 105 Hill Street, in historic downtown Hannibal. The Pavilion is covered, has electricity, offers picnic tables, a barbeque pit, and outdoor mud volleyball pits.  Heated and cooled, ADA accessible restrooms are available across the street in the rear of the Trail Head building. To rent the Pavilion, call 573-221-0154 for availability.  The cost is $20.00 for a half day (9am - 3pm) or (4pm - 10pm) or $30.00 for a full day.  Call the Parks & Recreation Office (573) 221 0154 to check for pricing and availability.
