Ann Dorsey Hodgson Memorial Park is located at Rock and Section Streets. This 11 acre neighborhood park offers a half basketball court, playground, shelter and picnic tables.    
Delany Park is at the south end of Grand Avenue at Warren Barrett and Lemon. This 1 acre park offers a basketball court, shelter with picnic tables, swings and lots of open green space.   
Indian Mounds Park is located near the corner of Choctaw Place and Waunetta Place. This unique neighborhood park is the historic preservation site of indian burial grounds. It was dedicated by Marion - Ralls Archaeological Society in 1960. There is no sign, but is an easement entrance between 2 residences.    
Spooner Creek Park is located at Terrace and Vine Streets. This 1 acre neighborhood park offers a half basketball court, large children's play structure, shelters and picnic tables.    
Southside Recreation Park #2 is located at S. Main and Sycamore Streets. This 10 acre neighborhood park is undeveloped, but has great potential and location near historic downtown Hannibal. You can see the American flag waiving on Lover's Leap as you look south, up to the bluff above.   
West Ely Park is located between D'Ville and Pioneer off West Ely Road. This 4 acre neighborhood park is somewhat hidden by the houses surrounding it. There is no sign, but is an easement between a private drive and a neighboring property line fence. This park offers a full basketball court, a play area, shelter, picnic tables, large open green space, small wooded and natural areas.    
Willow Street Community Park is located at 404 Willow Street. This 2 acre neighborhood park offers a full basketball court, ball field and playground.
