Adding a picture
- Click the 'Add a Picture' link if not already on that page.
- Click the 'Browse' button. (This button may say 'Choose' or 'Choose File' on certain web browsers.)
- Find the picture on your computer.
- Click on the picture's filename to highlight it.
- Click the 'Open', 'Select', or 'Choose' button, as appropriate to your web browser.
- Type a description of the picture. This description will be shown in the 'Edit Picture's section of the administrative interface and will be available to people viewing the information page for a picture in the main photo gallery.
- Click the 'Upload' button.

Editing an existing picture's description
- Click the 'Edit Pictures' link if necessary.
- Locate the picture. You may use the categories dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the administrative interface to help locate it.
- Click the 'info' link below the picture.
- Edit the description in the box.
- Click the 'Update' button.

Categorizing a picture
- Click the 'Edit Pictures' link if not on the Edit Pictures page.
- Locate the picture. You may use the categories dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the administrative interface to help locate it.
- Click the 'info' link below the picture.
- Check the boxes for all the categories to which the picture should belong, and uncheck all those to which it should not belong.
- Click the 'Update' button.

Removing a picture from the gallery
- Click the 'Edit Pictures' link if needed.
- Locate the picture. You may use the categories dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the administrative interface to help locate it.
- Click the 'Remove' link below the photo.

Adding/Creating a category
- Click the 'Add a Category' link unless already on that page.
- Type the name of the category in the box provided.
- Type a description for the category in the description box.
- Click the 'Create' button.

Editing an existing category
- Click the 'Edit Categories' button unless already on the Edit Categories page.
- Click the 'Edit' link below the category you wish to edit.
- Change the name of the category, its description, or both.
- Click the 'Update' button.

Deleting/Removing a category
- Click the 'Edit Categories' button if needed.
- Click the 'Delete' link under the category you wish to delete.

Adding a user account to the photo gallery
- Click the 'Add a User' link unless already at the Add User form.
- Type in a username for the account.
- Type in the initial password for the account.
- Click the 'Create' button to create the account.
Note: The user of the new account can change his or her own password after the account is created, and probably should. -
Changing a user's password
- Click the 'Edit Users' link if needed.
- Click the 'Change Password' link next to the user whose password you ne3ed to change.
- Type in the new password for that user in the box provided.
- Click the 'Update' button to save the change.

Giving a user Administrative level privileges
- Click the 'Edit Users' link if necessary.
- Click the 'Grant' link in the 'Admin' column next to the user whose account should be granted Administrative privileges.
Note: Consider to whom you give Administrative access carefully. Anyone with Administrative privileges can change the passwords of other users or change the Administrative level status of other users -- even other Administrative users. -
Revoking a user account's Administrative privileges
- Click the 'Edit Users' link if needed.
- Click the 'Revoke' link in the Admin column for the appropriate user.

Removing a user account
- If not already on the 'Edit Users' page, click the 'Edit Users' link.
- Click the 'Remove' link next to the account's username.

Seeing who is currently logged into the photo gallery's administrative interface
- Click the 'Edit Users' link if necessary.
- There is a column labelled 'Online Now' with a status indicator for each user.
