Brian Evans has retired from the Hannibal Parks & Recreation Department after serving the city for more than 27 years.
Brian, a six-year veteran of the Marine Corps, received a plaque and pin from American Legion representatives Jess Ornelas and Maria Poindexter.
Brian said his favorite park in Hannibal is Riverview Park and he plans to enjoy visiting the parks in his retirement.
