First day of Central Park Farmers’ Market is April 25.
Interested in lifeguarding or working for the Parks Department this summer?
JOB FAIR 5-6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 5 at City Council chambers in City Hall, 320 Broadway
Hannibal Parks & Recreation Department hires about 25 lifeguards, along with front desk/concession personnel and general maintenance workers during the summer.
Individuals interested in being a lifeguard must have strong swimming abilities but will be trained.
Applications will be available and staff will be on hand to answer questions about seasonal employment in the Parks & Recreation Department.
Hannibal Parks & Recreation applications are due March 20. Applicants must be at least 15.

Drop-In Pickleball

Each participant must pay $3 per night.

Senior Expo

The Admiral Coontz Recreation Center will be closed Friday, March 6, in the afternoon for all recreational activities except walking.
Veterans Memorial and Freedom Bell
Help us honor the veterans
The Veterans Memorial and Freedom Bell
will be located in Cardiff HIll Overlook, surrounded by memorial bricks with the names of veterans. Honor veterans by purchasing a brick for $125.
The
Adopt A Bench
program is designed to allow Hannibal residents and visitors to support Hannibal Parks by having a bench installed along the Hannibal riverfront. Participants can use the program to remember a loved one, celebrate a joyous occasion or promote a business or organization. Participation in this program includes the purchase and installation of the bench, as well as a memorial plaque. 
The riverfront will feature benches on the sidewalk promenade along the riverfront.
