The Veterans Memorial and Freedom Bell will be built in Cardiff Hill Overlook, allowing a beautiful view of the Mississippi River.
The pathway will consist of memorial bricks. The bricks must have name of a service member, but does NOT have to be a Hannibal resident, former or current.
Each inscription may contain a maximum of 3 lines of text, with each line comprised of up to 17 characters each. Characters include all letters, punctuation and spaces. Please limit information to that which directly relates to the veteran’s service (rank, name, organization, location of services, dates of service, etc.) Donor is responsible for inscription information accuracy.
