It’s tailored to beginners and includes several days off during the week. The training schedule goes by time, instead of distance, so you don’t have to measure out training runs. You can adapt it to a 5K walk by walking during the “jog” times. Start Feb. 15 and you’ll be ready for Color in Motion on April 25!
