Cardiff Hill Overlook Park is located at 505 N. 3rd Street. It is the site of the old bridge approach. This 1 acre lighted park has picnic tables and benches nestled among tree lined sidewalks and flower beds. The steps to the Lighthouse pass through here as well. Enjoy the scenic view of the Mississippi River at the top of the walkway.
