Wild Edibles nature program

The art of foraging for food is as old as mankind. What is a hobby for many today, was a necessity for people throughout human history. There will be a nature program on Wild Edibles from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 7 at Sodalis Nature Preserve.
Nature programs are free but reservations must be made by calling the Hannibal Parks & Recreation office at 573-221-0154 or emailing mlrichards@hannibal-mo.gov.

Scavenger Hunts
The Hannibal Parks & Recreation Department has developed Scavenger Hunts to encourage visitors to the Hannibal parks. Hannibal children, along with visitors to Hannibal, will have a chance to explore our parks in a different way. These free activities allow participants to learn more about Hannibal Parks and to earn a free treat from a local business in the process!
