The Admiral Coontz Recreation Center will be closed Oct. 26 through Nov. 1 for Halloween Party setup and cleanup.
The Hannibal Police Children’s Halloween Party will be 5:30-8:30 p.m. Sunday Oct. 31 at the Admiral Coontz Recreation Center. There will games, candy, prizes, refreshments, haunted tent and a costume contest.
