Members of the Hannibal Tree Board, with help with Hannibal Parks & Recreation personnel, will be planting about 70 bald cypress trees on a .75 acre of city-owned flood buyout land just south of Bear Creek and east of South Main Street starting at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16.
